Polyaxial Calcaneus Locking Plate System

This Polyaxial Calcaneus Locking Plate System RIMBUS combines the advantages of plates with locked screws (increased stability) and the advantages of plates without locked screws (polyaxial screw positioning and pressing the plate to the bone). The increased stability in comparison with other plates with uniaxially locked screws or without locked screws was proven by an experimental testing under near physiological conditions.
